Unhappy RX8 won't start. The love/hate relationship begins. Please assist.

This morning I woke up and felt excited about driving my RX8, only one problem; it won't start. I know there's probably a thread for this out there but my absolute frustration is preventing me from patiently searching. So here goes: I turn the key and all the lights come on in the dash and it sounds like it wants to start but it won't
-replaced the battery and that didn't work.
-Jump starting didn't work

So I called mazda roadside and they said that they'd pick up the car in the morning.

Can anyone of you who know about this or who have been through this shed some light or provide a link that will?

I haven't had the engine replaced or any recalls and I'm in NY so could the problem be because of the cold? The car is an '04 6 speed with 30,000 miles

Thanks,
-George

I'm I reading this right? You have not taking care of any recalls and you have an '04? Does this also mean that you don't have the latest flash? I have an '04 and took care of these right away (especially before the warranty expired). Going through all the recalls and TSB documents gave me a "peace-of-mind" especially after reading what others have gone through.
I would take care of this.

Yeah it sounds crazy, I know.... I bought the car about 2 months ago and I was living like mine was exempt from all the problems I've heard about. Mazda picked up the car this morning and they're checking everything out includung recalls. Let's see what happens.

Engine is flooded, make sure you burn the fuel out if you move car around in and out of driveway or it will flood again, it is worse in the winter
