Well, after being on the phone with Fontana for past 30 minutes, I'm so ******* frustrated dealing with them that I'm debating about having this event!! All they want to do is change things and they think that they have monopoly over Deals Gap!

I'm sorry to do this, but I don't have time dealing with bunch of idiots at Fontana!

ouch man. I had a decent experience with them this year. But I wasn't an organizer. Also man, the bridge leading to the dragon is closed for 6+ months right now, so fontana village isn't really the closest place anymore because you have to drive out to robinsville just to get to the dragon.

 

Interesting.. maybe thats why finally after 4 weeks, the management decides to call me.. Hmm...

I just talked to Nantahala resort/spa.. Talked to the owner for 20 mins and 15 mins with the manager.

I have to say, I feel REALLY good about them!!

I'll work out the details... if things look good. I'm back in the game!

I'm also going to head up there sometime in OCT to check out the place...
