Want to buy clear corners with stealth bulbs for my RX8. Either reply to thread or pm me. If you might know best place to buy, esp for less $$$, that also would be appreciated. Thanx.

 

We talked about this at the meet over the weekend. The best guy has an EBay store. I'd post a link but it's not permitted. Just search EBay for RX8 clear corners and select the seller named K5com. His real name is Shigehiro Suzuki. This guy is awesome. Nothing but positive things to say about him.

My parts came directly from Tokyo wrapped up in the Mazda service part wrapping paper. There was a mixup on my order due to a mislabeled part, but Suzuki-san took care of it right away. (Sending me another lens immediately.)

I paid $50 shipped. I have a couple extra stealth bulbs. I'll trade a pair of them for a six pack of Asahi beer. (Bottles or cans) LOL.

 

Hey, thanx for the reminder -- we did talk about your contact from ebay at the meet. Let me ask, did he send just the clear lens or more (bulb, socket, wire harness, etc.)? If I remember, you said you had an extra left side marker (possibly only the lens)? If I could buy just the right from K5, would you be interested in selling the left that you have? I'm hoping not to put much $$$ into this (saving for new AS tires this Fall), but would be an easy start to upgrading my 8. I'm interested in your Stealth bulbs, too. I am going to Zaino polish my 8 this week, too. Been using a clay bar to get the stuck-on grime off the paint.

 

I found the ebay seller, K5com, that you mentioned. He has side markers (clear corners) listed for $43 plus $7 for s/h = $50. No bulbs, so I would be interested in your Stealth bulbs if I get the markers from K5com. Are you interested in selling your left corner, if I can email K5com and see if he will sell/ship me a right one? I'm not in a hurry, so if ya want to think about it for a couple days, that's fine. You can check with the seller. I'd hate to take away a sale because he did me a favor. I've got the bulbs so just pick up the lenses. If you're not sure in the installation, I can pop 'em in for ya in about 3 minutes. The OE wire harness fits it just fine.
