Maybe with this poll we can see if people premixing are having more problems with their fuel pumps that people who doesn't.

There is a limit on 10 questions in the poll, if I put mile ranges I can only use two for every answer which would have been pretty useless anyway; so put the miles in the comments.

 

the current US spec fuel pump ends in "E", that means there have been 5 part revisions since they first started selling the RX-8 here, a revision can occur for many reasons besides a problem, but typically that many in such a short period raises a flag IMO ...

 

I premix, I have no problem. My pump still works. dunno about salvation tho.

I might try it later on one of the open parking lot.

15,000 miles on a 2006 shinka. No premix YET, one day though, Sohn here i come.

 

many pump issues may not show unless the car is tracked. So you may have a ok running car but your pump may not be functioning spec. I think most fuel issues identified are from track or fi.
