No need for an extra video mount- new Helmet Cam!!

All you guys looking for a way to mount a camera for those track days look no furthur

some of you might know i have been moonlighting at The Sharper Image. We just got this new digital video camera in from the folks at Oregon Scientific.

Its water proof and shock proof. has internal memory of 32mb which is good for about a minute or so. but its also has aslot for an SD card.. those go to what? 2G now.

comes with cords so you can watch the video straight from the camera on your PC or TV .

also comes with this rubber head strap that should easily fit over a helmet. Could also wear it surfing or snowboarding etc any extreme sport really.

Best Part is the price- $129.95

http://www2.oregonscientific.com/sho...cid=14&pid=709

get it while there are still some left

you may have to go to a store as i dont see it on the sharper image website just yet.

or you could call me at work and i could put in mail orders for you. of course there would be shipping

Dang it Zoom.

Thinking about it now, I definitely need it, for the following very convincing reasons:
Snowboarding
Driving
Attaching to the top of my gas powered RC truck and watching the panicked faces of the hundred or so geese I chase off my property on a semi-regular basis.

Zoom ... Here's the real deal! This one's a 4 camera input but the single camera inputs are much less $$. Nice hi-q video, checked out samples of the one above... ummm the vids I saw were not very good IMO.

Check out the GhostRider video... w w he's flying... I think they caught him thou recently...opps!! I guess this unit is what he used http://www.raceoptics.com/index.php

This looks like a similar unit reviewed by CNET http://reviews.cnet.com/Archos_AV500...ml?tag=upidmlp

I was looking at the O. S. camera for recording Paintball games. I was just a little worried about it getting hit by a paintball. Can you get a discount for us at your store?
