Factory Locks

I lost my factory key so i will have the factory locks removed when I put my new tires on today but do you know what size lugs the RX8 uses? Can I get them at Autozone or someplace like that or is a tire place the cheapest. I don't really care about locks but I wa sthinking about Gorilla lugs but what size?

Just pick up the phone and call a tire store and ask.

I f you plan to change wheels often; autox, track, etc. you need to dump the OE nuts and locks asap anyways

Thanks for the info, I just ordered a set of rays. A local shop was able to get the factory lock off without damaging anything. I just installed these:

$89.00 a tire (usually $135.00 a tire), 245/40-18 ZR W rated. They are made by BFG and sold under the Riken brand name. We will see how long they last for track use. The reviews were just as good as tires twice as much so I gave it a shot. I got them at cost through a friend who works at a tire place. But I had to have them installed elsewhere.
