Depends on the wheel offsets. Assuming they're not too low, you should be fine.

the front will fit fine but be weary of the rear, you will have to roll your fenders and maybe have to run some negative camber

You will have to, I have 19 x 9.5 on the rear with a 38 Offset and I rub over some bumps. And im at stock height, mind you im running 275's in the rear.

Roll em to be sure. Its cheap and it works.
