They should fit fine, the rears might need to have the fenders rolled depending on the tire size you choose. Fender rolling isn't a big deal though. Any competent shop can do it or you can rent the tool and do it yourself.

You must roll the rear fenders, i rolled mine and ran this fitment no probs.
If you want ADR just hit me up, they are very close to my place.
Bigwheels is also, but ehhh they don't specialize in RX8's.
You will need to roll your rear fender but it will work.
You can run 245/40/18 and 275/35/18

Don't worry about rolling your fenders they will fit, I am running the Stern ST8 Hypermesh II which is almost the exact same rim as the ADR M Sport. I'm a dealer for Stern/ADR/RSL Rims, and you will have no problems with it. I'm running a 275 35 18 Nitto Invo's on the rear and 245 40 18 on Nitto Invo's on the fronts. And my wheels have a 35mm offset. You'll be just fine
