why the hell would you go with a narrower wheel unless you were buying it for snow tires?

the answer weight and price...

these are enkeis they weight 18 lbs and cost me all of 423 bucks. including lugs and hub centric rings...

not the best looking, but i made money selling the stock wheels...

and lost 4lbs per wheel..

those dont look half bad, i actually like them, do you feel a difference when tracking your 8 with those lighter/narrower wheels?

nope.. they are only .25 inch on each side.. have not had them on the track yet.... it is a long shock story... soon..

but yes the weight diff is noticable..

if you run the same tire size as you did on your stock wheels then the difference shouldnt be too bad either
