a few noob questionsss

a few noob questionsss
are the offsets between all the companies the same? ex... if company a says its offset is 40 is the same as company b offset of 40?

will 18x8 with an off set of 40 fit the 8?

tire wise..... if i have tires that fit my stock 8 rims (18x8 offset 50 i believe) will they fit any 18x8 with a different off set?

sorry for being a noob....

benny you should be fine with those offsets....mine are 18X8.5 +38.....sticks out just enough....
