Sadly parting with my 2004 RX8 GT after about 10 years. I'm the second owner, having purchased it in TX in 2009 with 53k miles from a fellow RX8Club member. The car has been well-cared for since; garage kept and has never seen a midwest winter, never tracked, and has no questionable mods. Compression has been tested by two different dealerships with results below:
1st test:
Rotor 1 - 6.8 6.9 6.8 @ 288 RPM
Rotor 2 - 7.1 7.1 7.0 @ 293 RPM
2nd Test:
Front Rotor - 6.9 7.2 7.1 @ 264 RPM
Rear Rotor - 6.9 7.1 7.3 @ 264 RPM
The car currently runs and drives smoothly, all recalls have been completed. Only known issues are cosmetic; small paint/rock chips, scuff to rear seats, and cracking passenger dashboard panel.
Includes manuals, service history, 3 keys, and unused Dr ColorChip patch matched repair kit.
Grand Touring Package Includes:
-GPS Navigation system with retractable 7" LCD screen
-Bose 9-speaker 300 watt sound system w/ CD player
-Power windows/locks/mirrors
-Heated front seats
-Xenon headlights, auto leveling High Intensity Discharge (HID)
-Fog lamps
-Moonroof, power sliding glass with one-touch open and sunshade
-Remote keyless entry (3 remotes included)
-Rear view mirror autodim with day/night view

Paperwork is as received from the dealership. Unfortunately my local dealer didn't have the rotary compression tester so I had to take it someplace new - sounds like I might not be going back. May get a second opinion but open to offers (within reason) in the meantime.

Took the car to a different dealer after getting mixed signals from the first. Still working to get the results officially in writing (the tech initially only provided one value and RPM per rotor), but they emailed the full results to me after retrieving the numbers from the tool.
Front Rotor - 6.9 7.2 7.1 @ 264 RPM
Rear Rotor - 6.9 7.1 7.3 @ 264 RPM
Given the low compression I've reduced the price further. Thanks to all who've taken a look so far!
