I made a Delrin one.... works great. Doesn't get warm or cold and made it a bit longer so it is easier to reach

You can buy a new one here, pretty rare to find for sale in the USA, but a new OE **** isn’t inexpensive, especially an imported JDM OE shift ****; $140 + shipping
