I have a 55K 6 speed transmission available. I bought it used from member GetReady2Greddy about 5 months ago. It was rebuilt at 43K and I bought it at 50K. I then put 5K on the transmission.

Full disclosure: I had a bought this transmission from GetReady because I had blown up my two previous transmissions. When I installed this transmission that I am selling now, I thought that something was wrong with it. It never had issues shifting, in fact shifting was always smooth. But I would hear loud whiring noises coming from my shifter and I was convinced I had another bad transmission. So instead of letting another tranny blow up on me I bought yet another transmission and installed it.

Well newest tranny still made the same noises. Stupid me bought first then researched later. After researching around, one I found out that short shifters are noisier than stock. That was cause of some of the noise. Second I found out that the power plant bar needed to be lined up perfectly in order for the transmission to be installed just right. I did not realize that and installed the transmissions both times without lining it up. I went back under neath the car, lined it up and all noises aside from the shifter went away. Now I have a second transmission that I don't need that somebody else might.

I didn't go back and reinstall the transmission I am selling now to make sure that all noises went away with the alignment of the power plant bar. However I can say that there was never issue with shifting and when I took this tranny out, the shifter was pristine with no syncro or gear particles anywhere. It was completely clean around my shifter. I don't need this second tranny and could use the money for something else.

Price is rather cheap considering it was rebuilt not too long ago at all, these go for much more here and on ebay. Buyer pays shipping, imagine about $100 to ship. Pictures will be available soon, the transmission is sitting in the friends garage where we installed my current transmission. Feel free to ask questions.
