I am waiting a calibration but wondered if my request should be changed if I am doing the air injection removal. I am also doing the SOHN adaptor and I am thinking about turning the OMP down a little (maybe stock levels or below) and premixing a little. Basicly I dont want to be filling up my oil reservoir too often or have it run dry on accident and have no oil, it only holds 20oz.

jeff is there a way to know if our submission was messed up other than you not sending us one? How would we know if we need to re-send?

thanks

You can send a "where is it?" request.
Include your name/username.
If Flashwing can nail it down, he'll pass it on to me.

wow Jeff...that sucks...If they are no longer supporting NA applications what are they doing for FI RX8 owners? Forcing them over to emanage?

The RX-8 is an "N/A" application as far as they are concerned.

I will work on a solution for the future. I don't just give up on stuff.

Time to call Hymee I guess.

Needs to fix the ECU check-sum issue; and then open up the rest of the tables etc, but he would be the closest competitor that I know of.

No need, the ROM throughput is done, just have to clean it up, make it safer and then open a few more tables.

Hmm, I wonder if Cobb is ceasing production/sales of the rx8 AP because they got word Mazda is stopping rx8 manufacturing. Sigh!!!

Probably not since Nissan isn't ceasing the production of the G35/37 and Z370.

They just don't care enough about our product to keep specialized inventory on their shelves.

Good point. Any idea if the Cobb will be honoring repairs to the AP? I have had to send mine in twice for repairs due to it not being able to recognize the pcm any longer. Cobb advised a possible static issue during winter.

Guess I'll be ordering my AP this week... Jeff if I order the AP now and don't get my Turbo installed until September is it possible for you to honor the six months MMCCS from Sept. on? I don't plan on submitting for a custom map until I have my setup all installed. Thanks!

They are, apparent;y, still honoring the warranty, which is one year from the date of purchase (though, they have been typically very lenient on the time restriction).

Hey Jeff,

I sent a request to get a map with changed dwell the 4th May, didn't get a received (not sure if we are supposed to when sending to apdwell@mazdamaniac.com as instructed earlier in the AP thread by Hund). Should I resubmit, or is it in queue?

(tried to pm but your box is full)
