I think you should get rid of all the chrome on your car. Brilliant black does not flow well with chrome. I'm just being honest.

 

its a bit gaudy, but if you like it thats all that matters

 

i only have a problem with the b pillars, the handles looks okay-ish. the car looks good overall though.

 

Yep B pillar is the problem.

 

Black cars (along with other dark colored cars) look good either all black or with silver or chrome accents. The chrome B pillars do look out of place. I have chrome pieces on my RX-8, which I like but I have not decided whether or not to leave them on the car. If I do, I'll finish the exterior of the car with clear maker lenses, black rims with a chrome lip, and a black and silver mazda speed spoiler.

 

Sounds like it's too late for the door handles... but lose 'em if you can.
Definitely lose the chrome B-pillar.. the RX-8 already has so much going on... any more and you're over-doing it.

you need to get rid of that chrome trim... that crosses the line, I am not a chrome hater, either mine as it's share, but that looks like a ford or something

 

That's not a justification for tacky mods, sorry. Chrome's gotta go! You want your 8 to stand out in a good way, so when you post pics you don't have pages of people saying "NO!" Wouldn't you rather have people saying "Wow, looks great"?

Pillar and handles needs to go. as for the strakes, i am strake person, but others like them. so ill keep my opinion to my self.
