...Best.Sevenstock.Ever.
Seriously. If you missed this year's event because of some superficial reason like "ohhh, its too far (and you live in L.A.)" or "eh, it doesn't look all that great" you seriously....seriously fucked up.
It's one thing to see these fantastic builds all lined up n' dolled up for the camera's but its another to put them where they belong (on the track). Yes, hearing the race cars rev up n' pop back was pretty cool at previous years but actually seeing them ON THE TRACK doing what they're known for doing was amazing. Also seeing Kyle Mohan w/his Mazdatrix 4 rotor drift the track was pretty awesome too
Please make this happen at this venue again -
Pics n' some coverage to follow within the next few days
Thanks again to everybody who had a hand in making this Sevenstock the BEST one I've ever attended.

Special thanks to Atilla, Jedi, Gregs, Phil, and the rest of the Cali crew (forgot all your screennames) in letting me hang out with you guys. Way above and beyond for some dude on the forums from Michigan/New York. I had a blast shooting the **** and talking cars.
As great as all the cars and racing was, the best part about Sevenstock is talking rotaries and life with a bunch of fellow enthusiasts, including the vendors; especially guys from RB and Mazdatrix who have no problem talking with you for hours about their cars without throwing you a sales pitch; they donate $1000 worth of parts and on top of it all, they aren't paid to be there.
Great Time, look forward to SS17!
PS if I met you this weekend hit me up with a friend request!

I'll get some of my wife's pictures up later, and want to prefix this with massive thanks to the event organizers. That portion of the day was just amazing and very well run. My wife and I camped right at the paddock, and that first early morning caravan was just the best alarm clock ever. We drove down from Washington for the event, and don't regret it at all.
However, next year please choose a different track day organizer. It's not the right place to get into it here, but we left early because of how poor a job they did. Anyone that was there and has done a track day already knows what I'm talking about, and I want to give extreme speed the benefit of the doubt and hope thats not their normal behavior.
Again, that's not the event organizers faults. You did a fantastic job. Get a different track organizer, keep everything else the same and we'll see you next year. Thank you very much for some great memories.

It was good meeting you!
Really glad you had fun at the event.
Lol - I'm sorry my gf n' I couldn't show you around more but it looked like you were having too much fun talkin' to gregs about his monstrous build.
heh...can't blame you though, everybody loves harassing gregs...I know I do lol. <3

Here's some really bad video (hand held go pro) of the first Demo group. I'd like to think this is what you'd have seen if you watch it drunk.

Glad to hear it was awesome. I questioned the event seeing that it was merged with MazFest.
Still killing myself over the fact that I couldn't make it as I was in SoCal for more than two months, only to leave four weeks before SS15. Don't have the budget and time to fly my *** there for the weekend (unlike NYCGPS ).

Great time at SS this year totally agree with Atilla seeing the cars on the track made the event. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in SS this year, your hard work paid off in a big way IMO.

The mazfest guys seemed a little in shock by our numbers and support. NYCgps, how did I not meet you this weekend? Thought I would hear a city accent from a mile away in cali
