Tacero would be awesome but keep in mind that the Fairplex has licensed vendors there that they contract with.
If we bring in our own food vendors, we have to pay them AND pay the Fairplex a few hundred dollars.

Besides, who doesn't love Burgers and a little bbq sandwich?
