I have a hunch that some people might be turned off by the change of venue and thinking that the glamour of Sevenstock has been lost because it isn't being held at Irvine. I invite everyone to rethink those aspects because I believe this could be the start of another chapter of Sevenstock.
My first Sevenstock experience was Sevenstock X. Since then I have attended every year which makes 4 events total. I'm looking forward to a different experience and a different venue.
Hell, I'm just looking forward to having my car in the show this year (knock on wood).

Yes, folks.. We're not in Irvine this year. BUT THAT DOESN'T mean this lil BBQ is going to suck! We're going to pull together make make this a great show, and we'll need everyone to help us out.

I have been to SS since SS8 at the R&D facility so this will be the third locaiton for me which I think is great (and it is local)!
I heard the facilty providse food vendors but can we also BBQ ourselves?

having toured the facility with the SoCal RX group, we are extremely excited about this venue and so are the guys from the Fairplex. IF this year is as successful as I know it can be, just wait till you guys see what we're considering for NEXT year.
First thing's first though: we need a MASSIVE turnout this year.
Let's show everyone what we're capable of and this new chapter for SevenStock shall be an EPIC one.
Urban: we're in negotiations with several hotels right now.
Honestly, I've seen about 20 emails on the subject this morning alone from the SS guys. We're negotiating the best we can to get you guys a discounted rate.

FYI, the Fairplex site lists SS on its calendar but the link on the Fairplex wesite links back to SS13, which is in turns lists a different location. Can we get that fixed?
