In order to expedite the morning. I am going to give out some instructions, because I will be the 2nd person you will meet Saturday Morning. 1st Person will direct you to the payment lines, where our Payment Collection Crew will be.

You will tell me INSIDE or OUTSIDE, pay ( CASH ONLY!) and I will hand you an ENTRY CARD and WRISTBANDS to get into the Venue.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTION OF OUR PARKING STAFF AT THE STAGING LOT.

Easy!

One more note: Folks, please practice backing up your Rotary!!! Backing up at an angle, or backing up perpendicular. Find an empty parking lot and practice, you don't want to be THAT guy/girl holding up the line when we are rolling to the show area.

Resturant opens at 6 am. Come early if you plan to have breakfast. I'd recommend 6 am to eat. Plan to depart no later than 7:30, 7 am if everyone is there and ready to ROLL!

If you have a helmet you might want to bring it along, just in case of possible ride-alongs!

 

why do we always set a time and then say... well if people arrive on time we'll leave otherwise we'll wait a while

Its a really long ride this year so we should leave as early as possible.
