lzhmax, I'm using the AD08s as track tires so their life will be pretty small. For street only driving, I'm not really sure. They have a soft compound so it's not a long-life tire (should be comparable to other max performance summer tires).

The AD08s should last that long assuming you have an alignment which isn't too aggressive. Another tire to consider is the Nitto NT05 as well. And both of these hold up fairly well at track driving. I haven't driven the NT05s yet but the AD08s only start to overheat when pushed really hard for a few consecutive laps.

No, I still have the stock exhaust. But a friend of mine with an R3 got the Racing Beat and that's what I'd probably get as well.

I just remember it being pretty quiet and sounding somewhat similar to the stock exhaust (which is a big plus with the cops around here). I'm sure there are other threads comparing exhausts which will be more helpful.

TPMS Compatibility w/S2 Aftermarket Wheels

Everyone still using the TPMS w/their aftermarket wheels? Anyone encounter any compatibility issues?

BTW, love the R3 pix... May pull the trigger on an R3 w/in the next couple months.

I sold mine for $2K locally. I could have gotten more if I was willing to ship.

I've posted this elsewhere, but...

Enkei PF01s in 18x9 +45 with 245 tires. A slight drop with the coilovers.

I have TPMS sensors in both my RPF1s and PF01s. There are no problems as the RX8 "learns" the new sensors very quickly.

Hey guys. I ordered 19x8 (front) and 19x9.5 (rear) with the +45 offset. Any help on tire size. I was thinking 245/40/19 or 245/35/19 front and a 275/35/19 rear. Also waiting for my Tein H.Tech springs to get in and my 08 rear struts. Any help would be nice. Then I will post some pics of my R3. Also, I am willing to sell my factory wheels. They have 225/40/19 Kumho Ecsta SPT new rubber on all four w/sensors. PM if any questions or answers to my tire sizes.
