Cool Vegas Trip Maybe?!? What happens to my car?

So just got Rx-8 2009 SPort. My understanding of the older series 1 RX-8s is they flood, must be driven every day, etc. I couldn't find anything on via searching as to how much better the 09-10 ones are.

Question is simple. If i go to vegas or any trip with friends and my car is parked in my garage for 4 or 5 days, how bad is it on the engie/oil, etc? What major issues will i have when i try to use it after it's been sitting that long?

it's just a car. sitting for a week won't do anything bad to it.

Lol,

I didn't drive mine all winter (2007 RX-8), that was about 3 months.. Nothing happened, and it started just fine.

flooding is when you turn off engine cold, not when you dont drive it often.

Unless a flood comes by the area and brings the water level up past your intake level...

Well, if my recent experiences are any indication, you are better off parking it than taking it with you.
