Does anyone else have a squeaky driver's seat?
I 've been noticing a squeaky sound for a couple of weeks now, when going over bumpy roads - sometimes it's more of a squeaky-squeaky than a single squeak.

The other day I was in the car with a friend and he suddenly turned to me and said "it's your seat" and proceeded to pull and push at the top of it, making the thing squeak. But I can't make it squeak myself when driving.

Has anyone else had this?
If so, how did you fix it?

I'm not sure if it's something inside the seat, or the mounting bolts perhaps.

There are a couple of other TSB's on squeeky seats, so take a look, it may be one of these others.



There is a thread where ASH8 actually put all of these TSB's in it, but I didn't count on that.
In this day and age, make yourself a sub-directory and download each and every one.
Then check from time to time for any new ones.

 

Sadly, I don't have a GT, just a regular Touring - so no leather seats.
