lowbeam headlight out one side and isnt the blub

Well last night I was trying to install my hids and when I put in the passenger side on everything worked then I turned off the lights and put back in the headlight and tried the lights again and the passenger side only didn't come back on my stock driverside still came on no prob.. I tried replacing the bulb the balist with 3 other sets and nothing worked.. then tried to put it BK to the stock set up and still didn't work... so I'm out of ideas and came here to see if any of u guys have some input that may help me out

Fuse #11 and #12

They are both 15A fuses and are for the RH and LH respectively.

There is only one fuse for the highbeams.
