im confused as to the two bumper pics. They say grill but does that mean the front bumper or the actual little grill that the bumper has?

 

The one your looking at is just the grille/insert. The bumper is stock S2 non R3, but with the Knight sports lip installed.

 

I want this front with a BC back end, and you said it was a stock S2 non R3...for what car?

I checked your car, but unfortunately, you have a Series 1 RX-8, so the front bumper won't fit unless you change your headlights and fenders to a Series 2 RX-8 (2009 and up).

We abbreviate Series 2/Series II as S2 here sometimes. Also there is the S2 R3 bumper and the regular non R3 S2 bumper. Confusing no?

the r3 front end is far better, i do not like the center grill as it makes the smiley stand out much
