Since R3's and all other S2's have the same PCM I believe, I doubt it will work with any S2s.
A major differences in the S1 PCM & the S2 PCM, are the S1 has six injectors whereas the S2 has only 4 injectors. So every company is going to have to design whole new fuel maps just as a start.
I see the website is in the UK. Another forum member said that all 2009+ UK cars are R3s. I guess this is why they only mentioned R3s.

Yeah I always see stuff like that on different websites, like for exhaust systems. I think it is like auto computer generated scripts for websites or something. We all know they are different but I guess the programmers don't.

I spoke with Pettit UK a couple of weeks ago (I.e. Some while after the s2/r3 anp recal first showed as being for 03 - 10 models on the US Pettit website) and was told that Pettit US are very close to having it ready, final tests and tweaks being made, etc etc but it isn't quite ready yet.
Although it seems to be taking a long time, my sense is that it's very important to Pettit that they get it right and it works correctly, and that it's not some half-baked solution requiring ongoing changes to fix outstanding issues. Which as a customer, I applaud!
I also had it on good authority that not only was the S2 significantly more complex, but that Mazda had done quite a lot more to attempt to prevent 'recal'-type products being installed; so it appears the S2 remap is altogether more challenging.
And yes, all S2 models in the UK were R3's, and came in colours including ones such as Aluminium, which appears to be unavailable in many territories.
Funny how different territories get different things!

That is correct, and as I understand it they arE very much in the final stages of preparing it for market.
I'm pretty sure Amemiya already offers an S2 remap which - given their reputation - should be excellent, but you have to physically send them the ECU.
The Pettit approach seems much less troublesome.
