Update :
I have the DW65C pump (mentioned in first post) plus the 65psi upgraded pressure regulator (https://www.rx8club.com/series-ii-af...2/#post4991666). Been running that combination for over a year but only recently turned up the boost to see how far this setup would take me.
So at 13psi tapering down to 12psi from 7000- 8000rpm I've found that fuel pressure drops to around 57PSI at the end of a pull.
This is running pump gas plus w/m injection and producing around 380WHP and I feel taking it much further than this is unduly risky.
Anyway ... thought this might be useful information. Haltec Log showing fuel pressure in yellow dropping off (from 66psi peak) to 57psi at end.
what a coincidence and thanks, the DW65C pump is rated 265 LPH.
was conversing with a local friend who recently purchased an RX8 with Keisler LFX V6 conversion and fitted with an S2 pump.
I’m pretty sure this would be the correct DW430C pump (rated 430 LPH) listed in post#51 supplied with filter sock for an S2 pump module. The S2 fuel pump module sock filter is interchangeable with the Mazdaspeed3. I believe this sock filter is required rather than the OE sock filter.
