I just picked up a 2010 R3. I am new to the forum and the RX8 , I was wondering what mods i should do and what order to do them in. I'm looking to get max hp without installing a turbo

 

Until there is a Cobb AP tuner available for the Series II (and thereby MazdaManiac provides custom tunes with same), not much.

Just enjoy your R3 stock for awhile. Then you'll get a better sense of where you might like to make the limited NA improvements that are available in a machine that is already pretty well maxed out.
