Yet Another Tire Thread
I know everyone gets sick of these, but still.
I've been driving on Bridgestone RE050A Pole Positions for a while now...I've bought them twice. I don't drive on the track at all, and I live in South Florida, so snow is not a worry, but water is. They've gone up a bit at tire rack, so I was also looking at Toyo Proxes T1R (not at Tire Rack, but elsewhere...TR doesn't carry them it seems) and Dunlop Direzza Star Spec. Both can be had cheaper than the Bridgestones, and at least according to the ratings, seem to be considered to be better tires.
Anyone have any experience with these three choices who can offer up some opinions? I like buying from Tire Rack and shipping to the local Tire Kingdom...the Toyos are at onlinetires.com but I've never dealt with them before.
