Without TPMS nothing beeps or flashes or does anything else related to tire pressure.
Without the tpms in the wheels the light flashes after you drive for a while. My autox wheels dont have tpms and after driving down the road for a few miles the light starts to flash. At the Solo Natls we put our rain tires on the OE wheels with tpms and we were out of the pressure range, so we got a beep at startup and the light was on solid, then as we drove it would just flash.

Without the sensors installed (i.e. my winter wheels), the light will just flash sporadically. With my stock boots on (equip'd with TPMS sensors in the rims) I'll get flashes AND beeps if my pressure is too low.
