F: 18x8.5 +42mm
R: 18x8.5 +42mm

Wondering what is the most aggressive look that is safe and will not damage anything, thanks.

Suspension? How much tire do you want? Are you gonna be autocrossing? That's pretty conservative and should fit no problem.

gettin sideways 10-20-2011 06:39 PM

having problems the 8 i bought has 10.5 rears with s tech springs the wheel size is 19 with a +12 offset just thinking of getting rid of them or is there anything i can do

J8635621 10-20-2011 06:48 PM

J8635621 10-20-2011 06:59 PM

Varrstoens lol. I'm gonna keep those pics to show people when they ask if something that aggressive will fit.

What size tires and what size wheels/tires are in the front?

gettin sideways 10-20-2011 07:02 PM

Haha yea tell them thats a big NO rear is 275/35/R19 and front is 245/35/R19

J8635621 10-20-2011 07:06 PM

Hmm that's probably 9.5 +15 or something in the front then. 350z/G35 are who would be interested in those wheels then

gettin sideways 10-20-2011 07:12 PM

thanks for the help ill see who i can sell them to sense you no a lot do u have any suggestions on what wheel would look good and size i would need

J8635621 10-20-2011 07:13 PM

Do you want flush or poke or racing style or what?

gettin sideways 10-20-2011 07:15 PM

Poke

J8635621 10-20-2011 07:19 PM

I don't do recommendations on poke.

bryan4140 10-20-2011 09:07 PM

just curious with a 18x9.5 what off set is flush?

J8635621 10-20-2011 09:27 PM

If it were that easy, this thread would be tiny. Ride height/camber/tire size are determining factors too

I got the same wheels (Varrstones TE rep) off from 370Z gonna put on RX8...19x9.5...19x10.5 not sure offset, +20 I guess?!

Running 235/35/19...265/30/19 Hankook V12...will fit?

reddozen 10-21-2011 10:55 AM

19x8 +35 front
19x9.5 +40 rear
2" drop

I'm thinking about...
245/40-19 front
275/40-19 rear

J8635621 10-21-2011 10:56 AM

Tires are too tall...should fit fine if you get the tire profile right.

currently running...
245/35-19 front
265/30-19 rear

I don't like the wheel gap on the rear.
I assume that i could at least run 275/35-19's in the rear? should only be about 2% larger than stock.

J8635621 10-21-2011 11:37 AM

Yea that should work. May have to roll your rear fenders but that's it.

reddozen 10-21-2011 12:43 PM

guess i know what i'll be doing next weekend...

08blue6r 10-22-2011 04:35 PM

Looking for good tire sizes for 18x8.5 +35 front and 18x9.5 +35 rear

J8635621 10-22-2011 04:42 PM

Suspension?

08blue6r 10-22-2011 04:47 PM

Tein stechs on stock struts

J8635621 10-22-2011 04:51 PM

245/40 and 275/35 is what I'd go with. Roll rear fenders and probably trim up the bumper tab a bit.
