will this fit temp?

i blew out one of my rear tires so im wondering if i pull one of the wheels off the fd will it fit? is a 18x9.5 rim. with a 275/35/18 on it.... offset is +48 i think

It will be very tight, probably run inside, if you add a spacer, it might fit, but probably rub on the outside. Probably require you to roll the fender a bit.

make sure whatever you put on your drive axle has the same rolling circumfrence so you dont blow up a diff.
