Hey guys,

I'm planning my wheel upgrade for my BB 8. Since I'm going with the whole black/red interior, I thought it would be a good idea to go with a black/red wheel, particularly the black 5/6 spoke wheel with a red trim.

They have some on ebay, but I've heard that brand is really crappy.

They offer a one year warranty though, so idunno. Any thoughts? I really like how those wheels fit and they are compatible with TPMS. I don't really care for top name brands in wheels (or anything else). I like value, looks. As long as I like it, that's all that matters.

 

Someone with a VR has these rims already and they look good. Try and fine him.

 

You do realize that these wheels say S P A R K L E on them don't you...I know somebody asked about them a while ago, but decided not to and found something he liked better.

 

Yah I saw the sparkle...I don't like it...but it's not very noticeable either. I'm open to suggestions :p

Tenzo makes a similar wheel like that. Black with the red pin stripe. And the 5Zigen FN01R-C has a version that is black with a red pin stripe as well, but it will cost around $900.

 

I have MSR Racing rims. They're matte black with the red stripe around the outside and a carbon fiber finish center cap. You can see them on my album...they were extremely inexpensive as well.
