The definition of lightweight is different to many people. I consider anything lighter than stock "lightweight", only because you are moving in the right direction. Stock 18x8 wheels are 21.5-22.2 pounds depending on year and foundry identification (I know this because I weighed a 2004 wheel at 22.2 lbs. and a 2005 Shinka wheel at 21.5 lbs.).
This is what I recently installed for my summer wheels:

They are 18x9's, and I am running 265/35R18 Kumho XS on them. About 2,000 miles on them and only positive things to say so far. The wheels weighed 21.1 lbs. (same scale I weighed my stock wheels with).

terrible wheels imho
Why do you want to run the lowest profile tire you can find on an 18? All you do is throw your speedo off, ruin the ride, and most likely bend the **** out of the wheels.
too me anything 19lbs or less (depending on diameter and width) is lightweight. Lighter than stock and wider is just kinda light.
