Isn't that the stock Mazda wheel lock?

Not really sure, I got rid of mine and replaced the lock nuts with regular ones.
I believe certain tire places may have a tool that removes such locks by grabbing the key from the outside. Or if that doesn't work, your best bet would be to take the car to the dealer and see if they can help you.

Yeah its stock, take it to the dealer so they will match which one they will have to order will take about a week or so to get and roughly cost around 22 dollars.

I always keep the lock nut in the boot/trunk with the brake down kit where the jack is.
