G Games Wolf wheel
I know I've seen a picture of someone's 8 with the Wolf wheel on it, but I couldn't find it with the search. So, anybody know if the TPMS fits on the Wolf, either the one piece or the two piece? Thanks.

Hmmm. Don't know the answer to that, but you're definitely referring to Maniac's car, which can be found on the second page of this thread:

TPMS will not fit this wheel, but you can follow my thread on disconnecting the TPMS if you just don't want the light to come on.
For more pics of these rims on my car, go to this thread: https://www.rx8club.com/rx-8-multimedia-photo-gallery-6/black-gt-rays-wolf-19s-27455/

Anybody have a definitive answer on what a dealership will do if they find out you're driving around without TPMS? Or is it another one of those dealership specific things?

Why would they care? You wouldn't have the factory rims and tires on, so their warranty is void anyway.
TPMS has no effect on the rest of the car.
My dealer shop raves over the car when I bring it in - at least the porters do.
The salesman I purchased from told me yesterday (I'm still shopping for a used Miata for the wifey) that he wants me to help him sell RX-8s by bringing mine by for potential buyers to look at.
I'd have to figure out how I can benefit from that...

The only reason I asked is that when I having the aftermarket parts discussion with some places while I was looking around for someone to install my flywheel, one of the Mazda dealers said something about putting wheels on that don't accomodate TPMS voiding the warranty for the whole car, because it is a safety feature that you are disabling. Sounded weird to me, but at the same time sounds like just the sort of thing some places might try. My NEW dealer raves over all of the mods that I've done as well, and they were excited and more than happy to do the flywheel for me. However, I don't know if that necessarily means they won't turn on me and say "Sorry, no dice" if I need warranty work done and they can try and find an easy way out of it by pointing to modifications (especially cutting the Red/Blue wire to disable the TPMS )
