weird noise turning left

Hello, I'm having a weird noise/rubbing sound when I turn left under a fair amount of speed. And going on bumps the steering wheel fights with me and starts pulling left or right. Anyone have a idea what this could be?

Is it rubbing?

The steering pulling sounds like "tramlining"......it is caused by wide tires and fairly common. It can be exaggerated by poor alignment
