Volks LE37T- Diameter / offset suggestions?

Volks LE37T- Diameter / offset suggestions?
Hey guys.
I've recently finished my MS kit / RB exhaust / tint and I'm looking at rims for my 8 now. I was looking at the Axis Hiros but have quickly fallen for the LE37Ts in gunmetal. I'm going more for 'bling' than straight line performance, but want to sacrafice as little handling as possible so I'm not planning on running staggered.
I'm a total noob when it comes to the offsets and such so I've been reading up on it for a bit.
For the LE37T's would 19" x 8.5 5 114.3 +43 be a good rim to go all the way around? I havnt even started to look at tires just yet(BUT IM OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS!)
As I mentioned, I'm still just looking around. I like a minimal wheel and I'm leaning to gunmetal color wise- any other suggestions/comments?
