Tire rack is throwing in a magellan Roadmate 1200 with the purchase of any 4 continental tires over $499(incl shipping), which includes every thinkable RX8 option...


Living in MD, and meandering through the winter last year on stock Dunlops, wearing them and my brakes fairly well out in 20k, I'm thinking of switching to AS's.

Any Comments on Continental's ContiExtremeContact tire? At $115 per tire and a free GPS that seems liek a pretty unbeatable combination.

Ok since no comments, I searched for the tires, founda n owner and asked him. Tires seemed like a steal so I bought them, in 245's at $131 per, with a free $129 Nav system, and ordered Satisfied Pro Ceramic pads as well.

I'll add some threads once I have an opinion formed in a few weeks.

Sale lasts until Friday if anyone is interested.
