I Have 5zigen wheels, bought used TPMS and have had no problem. For $60 it was worth not having a light on my dash. Plus when i sell the car buyers won't be distracted by a light either. For tires, would you be more specific what you want out of them?

As for tires, I want just decent street performance, not an all-season tire, since I have Blizzaks for the winter. I do not participate (or at least I haven't yet, but have no plans for it) in any autocross or track day events. So my needs are decent street performance (some spirited cornering but not sliding), durability (I'd like to get at least 30,000 miles out of them), and affordability (so my wife will only injure instead of kill).

If you order new sensors then no you wouldn't have to because they will already have new grommets installed. Just make sure that they are torqued properly on the wheel and dunk them in water to make sure there are no leaks from them

ok I just bought some MB battles 18x9 with Falken Azenis RT-615K. Will I have to remove the TPMS from my stock wheels or get new ones. The rims and tires are not mounted yet so if I could just get the info I need before I start heading back to the states that would be awesome. Thank you

Curly: you can do either one (remove thr TPMS from your stock wheels OR get new sensors and have those new ones installed in your MBs)

Benefit of removing the stock ones; a little cheaper

Benefit of getting new ones; You now have 2 sets of wheels you can swap bak and forth that are already enabled with TPMS (great for swapping between summer and snow tires)

I don't mind getting new ones. Is there a site that I can order them from ? And I take I need it for all four tires.

Yep, you'll need all 4 tires.

Used from ebay can work, or you can get new ones from the tire rack dot com.

So when I went to the website I couldn't just find where I just order 4 TPMS. All I could find was 3 of these kits and I'm not sure which one i need cause all 3 of them don't seem like they aren't what I'm looking for :/
