Are these tires ok? This is what the dealer put on for new tires

These are the tires the dealer put on new when i bought the car, i told them that was the only way i would buy the car that i purchased a week ago.

Here are the tires they put on. so are they ok tires?

They appear to be "H" or "T" Speed rated. That's 129 and 118 MPH. I don't like that.
I would trust nothing less than a "V" rated, even in the cold due to slower tire heating from cold temps.

I personally would not drive over 110 on them.
The tread design reminds me of the Dunlop SP 8000's that made my Porsche hydroplane horrifically.
