Around $200. $300 if they include an alignment afterwards...
As for the preloading, loosen the TWO Control arm bolts on each side in the front. Drive over a speedbump or just down a driveway and back. Let sit overnight, and tighten back up. Give it another two weeks to settle.
It's weird that your rear is still so high though...

Keep an eye on your oem controll arms 
A shop should charge you the going rate per hour. So if its $90 and up an hour + tax dam! and most shops ask for a 2 hour min. They will also try to bull **** you like so; "Well we might run into some probs and what not." Dont buy it and tellem its not that hard unless your watching **** lol

yeah it's probably the lopro tires, i think by comparison it looks better. you mean the sway bars? I did, and it doesn't look like there's anything out of place.. and nothing looks bent out of shape (to my untrained eye) hahaha

i have 18s with some low profile tires. i think it's cuz the shocks aren't as worn in.. only got 25000 miles on them. it's alright, i can live with what i got right now. thanks tho

I'm glad I went with TEIN S-techs...I have maybe a 1.5" gap all the way around. Yours looks really tall up front. Did you preload the springs before tightening up the lower A arms?
