Are there any 8's with this setup?

I'm going to buy new tires soon and I was wondering how many owners have 225/45/18 on the front and 245/40/18 on the back! I am actually considering this setup and would like to get some opinions on this setup. If not that I am also interested in opinions about 245/40/18 all around! I'd like to know about the looks of both setups as well as performance (handling/acceleration differences compared to stock).

Had my tires changed to 245/40/18 all around and the car feels really balanced and stable.

Are you running the stock rims? If so how do they look on the stock rim?

Yes, I'm running stock rims. I think they look better than the original size. I had 20's on it for a little while. Liked the look, but didn't like the ride or performance.
