sway bar problems

so i have a problem, i put some tien s tech springs on my car and after a couple weeks i realized the car was crooked, like the driver side of the car was lower then then passenger side, so i put the stock springs back on, but before i did that i cut them to lower the car, i work at a shop so we cut them perfectly, but the car was still messed up, so we put the car up on the rack, didnt really see anything wrong except for the sway bar in the front, it was pushed over to the passenger side alot, like almost touching the strut and the driver side had a big gap, so we figured ok maybe it was in a wreck, so we re centered the sway bar, it was like way straight after driving it home, then the next day it was crooked again, so i looked at it on the lift again, and the sway bar had moved after we centered it, anyone know what could be causing that? we are stumped, i dont know if it was like that when i bought it or not, i never really looked or paid attention but im guessing it was

You really want an opinion on cutting springs to lower a car....

Unhook the sway bar links and see if it stops the problem...I doubt it.....

Might want to check the shocks...

lol no i dont want an opinion on cutting springs, yeah were thinking the shocks as well, i dont have the money though to replace all the shocks lol, so i think i may swap the rear shocks see if that changes it, if not i will swap the front shocks and see what that does, just really strange that the sway bar would move back over after centering it i know something is off just dont know what, i thought it may be the links as well but pretty sure those are fine
