STUPID question on spacers
STUPID question on spacers
so i was looking up wheel spacers and i found a couple ibach and stuff that i am interested in and i had a question do these bolt on behind the wheel or behind the brake discs for some reason 2 of the sites say behind the brakes ... any info would help thanks
I don't see how they could be mounted behind the brake discs because you can't move the brake caliper. Wheels spacers attach to the rotor hub between the brakes and the wheels.

First thing, whatever spacers you get make sure they are hubcentric. You will have vibration otherwise. I hope you meant Eibach pro spacers? those are the kind which bolt on the wheel hub (not behind the rotors) and then you bolt on the wheels to the studs on the spacers. I have the same setup on mine. It is pretty safe. I have had my spacers (25mm) all around for all this year and had no issues at all. Good luck.
yeah thats what i meant lol and yes i am looking into hubcentric only do you have pics of your wheels with spacers? i wanna see how it looks thanks oh and info on where you ordered them.
These were before I lowered my car. They actually look a lot better lowered. I got the spacers from a guy here on the forum. I think someone is selling eibach spacers on here somewhere, search and you might find.

yup eibach pros are the best spacers for the money. i drive 120-130 on the expressway with other rx8/7's during the queens meets with 25mm all around with no vibrations or issues
