Are you talking about the drifter Mad Mike, If so, he's running a caged and fully track prepped car with a widebody kit that loosely resembles and rx8 at this point. I'd be willing to bet that he's NOT running koni's and sprint springs.

Mikeluvs8 from Vegas is on springs, IIRC. Munchy, that's who you're referring to, rather than mad mike with the redbull rx8.

Coilovers are the best choice because you can dial in ride height. Coilovers are not, and should not, be chosen due to stiffer rates to prevent rubbing IMHO.

 

Why does that not surprise me.
