Besides the difference in size of the front rotors for the 4AT and 6MT (303mm ventilated discs and 323mm Ventilated discs), is there any difference in the size of the calipers?

I understand the the 6MT brakes are excellent stuff and they do not really fade after spirited drives thru circuits.

is there anyone who has converted from the stock 4AT front brakes to the 6MT front brakes? Are there any installation issues?
