Spare time mounting

hi guys,

I am purchasing a spare tire and am curious to know how much room it'll take up in the trunk.

can anyone take a picture of the spare tire mounted into their trunk?

thanks.

If your buying it used be sure you get the two "bracket A's " or you will not be able to mount the thing. Many sellers of spare kits forget to remove that part. Here is the manual for the spare by the way LINK

I have the spare but just put it in the trunk without the bracket-
I thought the mounting unit took up too much space and interfered with the trunk light

Thanks guys,

So this thing takes up a significant amount of space in the trunk eh?

Is it worth even having the mounting bracket? I'm thinking the only time i'll be using this spare tire is when I'm driving into the mountains/ on a roadtrip. In the city i'm not going to bother because I can just have someone drop it off if I had a flat.

Any opinions?
