Alright, I think I've narrowed it down to three wheels. I went down to Wheel Warehouse in Anaheim and was able to see all three wheels up next to my car....except that they did not have the Racing Hart in the finish I wanted...but I was able to find a good example of the finish I wanted at Super Autobacs in Stanton. All three wheels are basically the same price..I mean what is a hundred bucks or so when your talking about 3500-3700 for a set of rims and tires.
I have the true MS body kit (except for the rear at this point)..so I definately want a dark rim and in a 19 inch configuration. But I'm not commited yet to black, Anthracite or gunmetal. I don't know whether I will go staggered or not yet. I'm also not yet commited to Machined vs Polished lip, but definately want one of those rather than a solid colored, one-piece wheel.
So which would you choose? Your input will greatly help me.
These are pics of the J8 (in the wrong finish..but the wheel off of the car is the gunmetal color I would select)

And the Volk CE28 (I w\may be incorrect with this rim name as I was told that the CE28 is a one piece wheel that is solid in color, while the CE28N is a two piece wheel with a machined lip)...the salesmans also said that the LE28 is similar.

And here are some side-by-side, comparisons...
Pic1 are the two Volks (GT7 rear & CE28 front)
Pic 2 and 3 are the Volk Gt7 versus the Racing Hart J8
And once again, thanks in advance for your ideas, questions and suggestions.

Have you tried asking Wheelautohaus for a quote? They are a vendor on this board... And were those prices quoted for 19" or 18"? 18" those would be pretty high prices..

there are two sets of volks eh.
Anyway, I have never really liked the GT7's, but I have never seen them with the black centre. I have to say, they look hot. I would go for those for sure. THough, I don't know if weight is a factor for you, IIRC the CE28's are pretty light in 19" guise, don't know about the GT7's

BTW - What Salvation Army Store sells Volk Gt7's? I could probably get a good price on a MS Spoiler at that Thrift Store. :D

I think the only think I don't like about the GT7's are the fact that they sit so far inside the lip. This makes them look smaller (they look like the same size as the stock 18's), especially when compared side by side with the Racing Hart J8. Anyone else see this issue...or is this not an issue for those who like the Volks?
Other issue with Racing Harts...I was told that I could get the 19x10's on the back, but couuld only get the 19x9.5 to fit with the way the Volks are made. I guess its an issue of the offsets available with each wheel company.
I haven't yet got quotes from Wheel Auto Hause....because how would they attach my TPMS if they ship me a wheel/tire combo already mounted and balanced. I would then have to pay a second time to have them remounted, have the TPMS installed and rebalanced. I can't imagine that I could get them cheaper...if I have to include the issue of having to remount/rebalance tires....? Anyone have any responses to this. Or maybe I should just PM Wheelautohaus....
