I live in Montana and I need to know if there are decent snow tires available for this car without having to spend over a $1000. Help please, thanks.

 

You budget is enough I think. You can get that under $1000 but not of the best quality.

and those are the tires i run in the winter and they are awesome.

 

Unless you're looking for rims as well you could get snow tires for much less than $1000. I've never paid more than $750 for a full set of 4 for my car and that's for performance snow. The best I've used are the Dunlop winter sport M3. I've used them all year around. Actually snow tires are on my car more than summer tires, on their since january this year. The Dunlops last long unlike some other snow tires I hear wear much too fast in the spring/summer.
