Nice I guess. RX8 is plenty rigid in stock form. Good luck taking the oil filter off too.

ugliest front strut bar. ever.
is this even your car? are you a vendor or something for GTSpec?
it seems as if i've seen these pics before.

Most people probably know about these already on here. It's been discussed.

With all those bends, I don't know how the brace that goes under the diff would help much.

Really? I don't see how unless you have really strong hands but mine usually needs a turn from an oil filter socket to make it budge and I don't see hwo you could do it. Do you have this?

You're over tightening your filter, I never need the use of a wrench to remove my filter. Then again, maybe I have really strong hands? lol...

The JIC 4 point makes access even worse than this thing.

That trunk brace, as many have said, is awesome. I still prefer the autoexe trunk brace though...

The trunk brace looks like something I want to pick up, but that front tower bar and the under braces I could live without. I'd hate to buy those under braces and have them scraped to hell in 500 miles.

And on the subject of the oil filter, I'll turn it by hand to good and snug, then give it another bump

^Agree^ I also have the jic 4 point and it is way worse than this, but still managed to get to the filter without breaking a sweat. you just have to twist your arm at a certain way.

if you are in NYC , we can meet up and i can show you how easy i can take off the oil filter.

you don't need oil filter socket to take off the oil filter.

they are pretty easy to install. i don't think the alignment bolts move, but I do remember marking the position before I start the work.

I do agree, too much bends. But that's the only way to clear the exhaust system though.
